At A.J.L Sea Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure you receive the freshest and safest sea food. However, in rare cases where there’s an issue, we offer a simple and fair Return & Replacement Policy:
✅ Applicable Conditions:
If your delivered item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please report it within 30 mins of delivery.
You must provide photo/video proof via WhatsApp or Messenger at the time of delivery or shortly after.
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once accepted by the customer, products are considered final due to the perishable nature of sea food.
For courier deliveries outside Dhaka, we do not offer return but may offer partial refund or credit if the issue is valid and reported immediately with proof.
